Account and Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your WordDuel account and all game data backed up to the cloud. Deletion cannot be undone.
Delete from within the app (recommended)
This is the fastest and most reliable route; your request is processed immediately rather than queued.
- Open WordDuel.
- Go to Settings from the bottom menu.
- Tap the Account row under General.
- Tap Delete My Account and complete the two confirmation steps.
If you no longer have access to the app
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can request deletion by email. Please include your in-game player tag (for example “Oyuncu4821#20461873”) so that we can locate your account. Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted and what is kept

| Purchase records | Retained by Google Play; cannot be deleted due to statutory record-keeping obligations |
| Device settings (sound, theme, haptics) | Remain on the device; removed when you uninstall the app |
