Personal data processed
Personal data is processed through our website only when you complete the contact form:

We recommend that you do not include special categories of personal data such as identity numbers or health information in your message unless necessary.
The WordDuel mobile game stores your progress only on your device and does not send it to us. For data collected in the game by third-party services, see our Privacy Policy.
Purposes of processing
- Answering the questions, requests, feedback and complaints you send us,
- Handling support requests and assessing bug reports,
- Evaluating partnership and press enquiries,
- Ensuring the security of the site and preventing abuse (spam, automated submissions),
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
Legal basis
Your personal data is processed on the following legal bases set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Explicit consent (Art. 5/1) — through the consent box you tick when submitting the contact form,
- Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) — for ensuring site security and preventing abuse,
- Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç) — for keeping records required by legislation.
You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time; note that in that case we may be unable to answer your enquiry.
Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically and by non-automated means through the contact form on bngyazilim.com and emails you send us directly. Server access logs are kept automatically by our hosting provider.
Transfers
Your contact form messages are transmitted and stored through our email service provider. Beyond that, your personal data is not sold to third parties and not shared for marketing purposes. It may be transferred only to legally authorised public institutions in the cases prescribed by legislation.
Because of the email and hosting services we use, your data may be processed on servers located abroad; such transfers are made on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention period
Contact form correspondence is kept in our mailbox for a reasonable period after your request is concluded (a maximum of 2 years) and then deleted. Server access logs are kept for a limited period in line with our hosting provider’s policy.
As the website uses no database, your form data is not stored persistently on the site.
Your rights as a data subject (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
- know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
- request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- request erasure or destruction within the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to an adverse outcome reached solely through automated analysis,
- claim compensation if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
How to apply
You can submit requests regarding your rights by emailing info@bngyazilim.com or by writing to our postal address above. Your application must clearly include information allowing us to verify your identity and the subject of your request.
Depending on its nature, your request is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the process incurs an additional cost, a fee from the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
Cookie Policy
bngyazilim.com uses only strictly necessary technical cookies required for the site to function. No advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies are used, and there is no visitor analytics tool such as Google Analytics.
